Capability is more than skills
Capability is also a mindset and the ability to judge, adapt, and deliver value in real time. It shows up in how we manage and learn from each other, and how work gets done. And there’s something uniquely powerful about being in a room together at AgileAus – it creates space for shaping the culture we need to thrive.
AI is both a shiny promise and a messy reality
Organizations are at wildly different stages on their AI journeys, and many are still unsure how to design work that genuinely delivers. AgileAus26 will help you move beyond the hype to grounded conversations about implementation: How are teams using AI? What’s working? What’s not? Where are the blockers? How are we embedding AI into workflows in ways that are useful, ethical, and human?

AI Makes Agile Work Visible:
What to Automate, What to Protect, and Where Humans Stay Accountable

19 May | 12:00-12:30 pm (AEST) | Room: Jim Stynes A

AI is rapidly being embedded into the tools agile teams use every day, from planning boards and reporting flows to retrospectives and decision support. As AI scales output and surfaces more data, it also raises a deeper challenge: who is accountable for the decisions being made?

Join this interactive session exploring a critical question for delivery teams: what should you automate, and what must remain human? Through live exercises and real-world examples, we’ll challenge assumptions about AI-driven productivity and uncover where organizations drift into “AI theatre” instead of real value.

You’ll leave with practical insights on AI-enabled delivery, accountability, responsible adaptation, and how approaches like PRINCE2 Agile can help navigate this shift.
